The town of Farmerville is only 7 minutes away with shopping, grocery stores and restaurants.

Rates:

* $325 a night for daily rentals

* $300 deposit
* $175 cleaning fee
* 12% taxes
* $50 processing fee

$300 – If cancellation made with at least 30 days’ notice, 100% refund, after that no refund allowed. Min. age of primary renter 25.

Garbage must be bagged and hauled off to the dumpsters. Garbage bags are provided.
